Returns
You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return an item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original packaging and securely packed. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost return parcels. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Limits
Please note that the maximum online order purchase per transaction is NZD $500, and only one Skincare Combo – Exfoliator & Moisturizing Serum per online order is allowed. We only ship to the listed countries. If you’re unsure or need more information, contact us directly.
